At Jaliza Luxury Spa | Beauty Lounge, we go out of our way to make sure our valued clients have the best experience possible, from the minute they enter our doors to the moment they leave our incomparable Beauty Lounge.

• At Jaliza Luxury Spa | Beauty Lounge we value our esthetician's time. If you do not show up or cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, you will be charged in full for your service.

• If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment your deposit can be fully refunded as long as we've been made aware 48 hours prior to your appointment. This gives us enough time to schedule another person in your place! Thank you so much for your understanding, we can't wait to beautify you!

• *If you no show more than 3 times you will no longer be accepted as a customer at Jaliza Luxury Spa | Beauty Lounge.​
